Focus timer with 25-minute sessions, short and long breaks and a beep at the end.
The method, created by Francesco Cirillo, is simple: pick one task, work on only that for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After four rounds, take a longer break of 15 to 30 minutes. The short, fixed sessions make it easier to start and keep distractions out, because you only have to stay focused until the timer rings.
Twenty-five minutes is a starting point, not a rule. Many people prefer 50 minutes of focus with 10-minute breaks for deep work; set whatever lengths suit you.
The remaining time shows in the browser tab title, so you can see it from another tab. The timer reads the device clock instead of counting ticks, so it stays accurate while the tab is in the background, and the beep plays when a session ends. The count of completed focus sessions resets if you reload the page.

Yes. Open Session lengths below the timer and set focus, short break and long break in minutes.
Yes, a short beep plays, as long as your device isn't muted. The timer also moves to the next session.
No. The timer switches to the next session and waits for you to press Start, so a break doesn't run while you're away.
