How to Use Merge PDF and Image
Add your PDFs and JPG or PNG images. You can add more in several goes.
Use the up and down arrows to put the files in order. The number on the left is the position.
Click Merge into One PDF and look over the preview.
Click Download Merged PDF.
How each file is added
PDF pages are copied in exactly as they are, so text stays selectable and the quality doesn't change. Each image becomes a page of its own, shaped to match the picture. Large photos are placed on a page as wide as A4, so they line up with normal document pages while keeping their full resolution; small images keep their own size.
PNG images are kept lossless. JPG images are re-saved at high quality.
When to use this instead of the other tools
If you only have PDFs, the PDF Merger does the same job. If you only have images and want them laid out on standard pages with margins, Image to PDF gives you page size and orientation options. This tool is for the mixed case.

Can I change the order after adding files?
Yes. Use the up and down arrows next to each file before merging.
Which image formats work?
JPG and PNG. Convert other formats first, for example with WebP to JPG.
Why did it fail on one of my PDFs?
Password-protected PDFs can't be read. Remove the password in your PDF reader (or print it to a new PDF) and try again.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything is combined in your browser with pdf-lib.
