How to Use Rotate PDF
Upload your PDF.
Choose the rotation: 90° clockwise, 180°, or 270° (which is the same as 90° counter-clockwise).
Click Rotate Document and check the preview.
Click Download Result to save the rotated file.
Rotating doesn't touch the content
A PDF page has a rotation setting, and this tool simply changes it. Nothing on the page is re-drawn or re-compressed, so text stays sharp and selectable, links keep working, and the file size barely changes. If a page was already rotated, the new rotation is added to it, which is why rotating twice by 90° gives the same result as one 180° turn.
All pages turn together
The rotation is applied to every page in the document. If only some pages are sideways, split those pages out with the PDF Splitter, rotate them here, and put the document back together with the PDF Merger.

Not in this tool; it rotates every page. Split out the pages you need to fix, rotate them, then merge the parts again.
Which option turns the page to the left?
270°. A page turned 270° clockwise ends up the same as one turned 90° counter-clockwise.
Will rotating reduce quality?
No. Only the page's rotation setting changes; the content isn't re-encoded.
