How to Use PDF Splitter
Upload the PDF you want to split.
Pick a mode. Extract All Pages makes one PDF per page. Custom Page Range lets you type the pages you want, for example 1-3, 5, 8-12.
Click Split PDF Document.
Download the result: a ZIP of single-page PDFs, or one new PDF containing your chosen pages.
Writing a page range
Separate pages and ranges with commas. 1-3 means pages 1, 2 and 3; 5 means just page 5; 8-12 means pages 8 to 12. The new PDF contains the pages in the order you type them, so 5, 1-3 puts page 5 first. Page numbers beyond the end of the document are ignored, and the tool tells you if nothing valid was entered.
This is also a quick way to reorder a short PDF: type every page in the order you want them.
No quality loss
Pages are copied straight into the new file rather than re-rendered, so text stays selectable, images keep their resolution and links still work. The original file isn't changed. Your browser does all the work, so nothing is uploaded.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I split a PDF into equal parts, like every 10 pages?
Not automatically. Use Custom Page Range and run it once per part, for example 1-10, then 11-20.
What's the difference between this and Remove PDF Pages?
Here you choose the pages to keep. In Remove PDF Pages you choose the pages to delete. Use whichever list is shorter to type.
Why didn't my range work?
Check that it uses numbers, dashes and commas only, and that the pages exist. A 10-page PDF has no page 12.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Splitting is done in your browser with pdf-lib, so the document stays on your device.
